EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE SHAREWARE VERSION OF CELLFIGHTER 2.5

1. All copyrights to CellFighter are exclusively owned by the developer - Sergey Ya. Startsev.

2. CellFighter is distributed as shareware (try-before-you-buy software). The program may be used with the purpose of test and evaluation only. For any other use, you MUST purchase a license from the developer (i.e., register this program). Support services and the fully functional mode of CellFighter are available only after your registration of this program.

3. The unregistered shareware version of CellFighter may be freely distributed in the form of the original distribution package without modifications of any kind. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of CellFighter without written permission from the copyright holder.

4. You may not imitate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify this software in any way. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

5. Purchasing a license for CellFighter (i.e., registering) entitles the licensee to use the program according to specific conditions. A single license is for personal use only, entitling an individual to use this software on any and all computers available to him/ her, provided that (1) CellFighter is not operated on more than one computer or terminal at the same time and (2) CellFighter is not used on a network. Either of these uses requires purchasing additional number of licenses according to the number of CellFighter users.

6. The registration procedure is described in the help file delivered with CellFighter.

7. Installing and using CellFighter signify acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove CellFighter files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

DISCLAIMER: The author of this program accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of this software and makes no warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided as it is, and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.
